At WiseIdiot, every item is custom-made with care upon order to ensure you receive high-quality, unique designs. Due to this business model, all sales are final once an order is confirmed. However, we are committed to addressing issues if your order does not meet our quality standards or if you receive an incorrect item. Please read our refund policy below for details.
1. Eligibility for Returns, and Refund or Replacement Thereon
We allow returns and offer refunds or replacements thereon only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Item Received: If the item you received does not match the design, size, or colour you ordered.
- Defective Item: If the item has a printing error, fabric flaw, or another visible defect.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure:
· The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
· All tags and packaging are intact.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide proof of the issue (see instructions below).
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at we[at]wiseidiot.com with your order details and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Provide Proof: Include clear photos of the item showing the issue (incorrect design, size, colour, or defect).
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, ship the item to our designated warehouse address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Note: No return requests will be entertained if the email does not contain details of the problem and proof that support the mentioned details.
3. Refund Process
- Item Receipt Timeline: The item should have been received at our designated warehouse within 10 days of approval of return.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund Approval: If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will approve the refund.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the date of approval of the returned product for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: No refund is processed if the item is found to be have different design, size, colour or defects from the ones you mentioned on email and shared as proof.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of Mind: Once an order is placed, it is final, and we cannot accommodate changes in preference.
- Incorrect Size Ordered: We provide a detailed sizing chart with each product listing. Please review the chart carefully before making your selection.
· Innerwear: No return or refund or replacement is available for innerwear for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery.
· Inconsistent Details in Email: No return requests will be entertained if the email does not contain details of the problem and proof that support the mentioned details.
· Inconsistent Details in Item Received: No refund is processed if the item is found to be have different design, size, colour or defects from the ones mentioned in email and shared as proof.
· Item Received After 10 Days: No refund request is possible if the item is received at our designated warehouse after 10 days of approval of return.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
