This website is operated by Top Hat Enterprises (doing business under the WiseIdiot brand), an India-based venture. Throughout the site, the terms “THE”, “WiseIdiot”, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Top Hat Enterprises or WiseIdiot.com or any subdomain, including Store.WiseIdiot.com. By visiting our website or purchasing items from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

9. Cancellation Policy

·         At WiseIdiot, every item is custom-made with care upon order to ensure you receive high quality, unique designs. Due to this business model, all sales are final once an order is confirmed.

  • However, we understand that you like us are human and have a right to change your mind, as such:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team to initiate the cancellation.
    • After 1 hour, cancellations are not possible as the order would have already been processed.

 

10. Return and Refund Policy

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund based on the following conditions: 

  • Eligibility for Return: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Return Timeline: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team. Once approved, the item should be shipped back to our designated warehouse.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Any injury, death, loss, claim, act of God, accident, delay, or any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind including without limitation to loss of profit or loss of savings, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arise out of or is in any way connected with:

    2. Any use of the platform or services or content, or
    3. Performance or non-performance by us or any provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party, or
  2. Any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property as the result of your access to the platform or services or your downloading of any content from the platform or services

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be resolved under the Mediation Act, 2023 or the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
